Alison Daoust

Alison Daoust is the President and Chief Executive Officer at Centric Solutions Group (CSG). Mrs. Daoust founded Centric in 2012 and had been the visionary and responsible for growing CSG into a Multi-Million-dollar staffing firm ranked as one of the largest woman owned staffing firms in the U.S. Alison is currently responsible for and oversees all of Centric Solutions Group’s Operations, Finances, Sales & Marketing, and Strategy driving the company forward. She created and leads the company’s three divisions: Executive Search, Direct Hire Placements, and Contract Staffing. She is extensively involved in the daily activities of the Executive Search Division and is passionate about helping develop “Talent” both for her internal teams and for Centric’s Customers.
Mrs. Daoust is a prominent Human Resources professional and leader with over 25 years of progressive HR experience. She has overseen the Human Resources and “People” function of several Multi-National Corporations. She truly believes that people determine the ultimate success of any organization.
Alison earned a bachelor’s degree in human resources from Oakland University. She currently resides in Shelby Township, MI with her husband, daughter, son, and their Labrador Retriever Xander. Outside of work Alison enjoys traveling, fine dining, bible study, and spending time with her family & friends. She also enjoys volunteering her time to local charities, attending Kensington Church, and performing other philanthropic activities.
Matthew Daoust
Vice President / CFO
Location: Rochester, Michigan
Matthew Daoust serves as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Centric Solutions Group. Mr. Daoust is an entrepreneurial finance executive focused on maximizing operational and fiscal performance. With over 15+ years of hiring and leadership experience, he focuses on growing Gross Production & Gross Margin while mitigating risk and successfully navigating regulatory compliance. Matt is responsible for overseeing the Finance & Accounting, Information Technology, Corporate Administration, and Contract Staffing functions.
Prior to joining Centric, Mr. Daoust worked in the Financial Services and Banking industry at two prominent financial firms. He also founded a services company and grew its revenue 10X under his leadership. He effectively hired great talent and implemented consistent operational and financial strategies to negotiate a successful sale of the business.
Matt earned his bachelor’s degree from Western Michigan University. He is originally from Rochester, MI and currently resides in Shelby Township, MI with his family. When he’s not crunching numbers, you’ll most likely find Matt out boating, attending a hockey game, spending time with his family & friends, or in the sky learning to fly and achieve his goal of becoming a private pilot.
Chad Toms
Vice President of Business Developement

Chad Toms has always been a people person. From growing up in Flint, Michigan, Chad has a gift of connecting with people. He has parlayed his connections, his ability to build relationships, his passion for the auto industry, and his sales expertise into a highly successful career at Centric Solutions Group. Based on his experience and relationships, Chad has taken on many new challenges. He opened new offices, markets, and launched new programs. In an effort to build on Chad’s successes, he was moved to his most recent position, Vice President of Business Development for Centric Solutions Group. Chad continuously participates in community outreach and charitable activities. He actively supports the Ally Challenge, in Grand Blanc, where he manages Player Transportation for the tournament. Currently, he is the Play-by-Play Broadcaster for Mott Community College and also Goodrich Football & Basketball. Over the years, he’s been an extremely active supporter of Goodrich Athletics.
His podcast, A Great Story Podcast has created nearly 100 episodes. Their motto is everyone has A Great Story to tell. He has interviewed celebrities, authors, charity founders, musicians, and people who are making a difference in the world.
His wife of 30 years and two children are active in the community along with him. Chad inspires everyone around him to interact with others, build relationships, and say, “Whatever You’re Thinking, Think Bigger.” He continues to strive for success both personally and professionally.
Amy Billberry
Director of Recruitment Operations
Location: Rochester, Michigan
Amy Billberry is the Director of Recruitment Operations at Centric Solutions Group (CSG). Amy joined the recruiting industry and Centric in 2014. She began as a Talent Specialist, then quickly worked her way up to Talent Manager, where she manages some of CSG’s largest accounts. She was promoted to Director of Recruitment Operations to lead and drive CSG’s Talent Specialists to meet and exceed client’s needs. Amy has played an integral part in growing CSG with her passion for recruiting, leading, mentoring others, and building strong relationships across all levels.
Amy earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Development from Oakland University. Prior to joining the recruiting industry, she owned and operated a successful service business for 25 years. She followed in her sister’s footsteps when she completed her degree and joined the recruiting world.
Amy grew up in Rochester Hills, MI, and currently resides in Shelby Township. She’s passionate about her family, daughters, husband, and 2 dogs: Sky, the Mini Aussie, and Lily, the Pomeranian. Outside of CSG, you’ll find Amy enjoying time with her family, friends, and dogs. You may find her gardening, hiking/walking, traveling (she loves Mexico), shopping, going to the gym, and enjoying crafts in her free time.
